Our training is in-depth and detailed for those who want a thorough technical understanding of the details at hand or can be in full laymen's terms for the uninitiated. You got that new system in your home or your significant other wants to add you as a user of the "home computer". About the only thing you know is that you turn it on with that little button on that "tall thing" with the lights on the floor or desk starts to make noise. The "TV" looking thing comes to life and when all the chirps and beeps are done you have a nice picture of some lawn or exotic place with a button on the bottom left that sez "Start". NOW WHAT DO YOU DO?  We have all "been there and done that". So don't feel intimidated by all this technology.If your needs in training are few, like how to use the email, type that letter, or do some e-accounting, or make a copy of your favorite picture. Training is based on a per/hour fee basis and starts at as low as $ 25.00 USD per hour with other discounts for seniors (over 65). Call me to discuss training requirements, times and dates. (Two hour minimum) If you are ready for certification for the IT/Computer industry then we recommend for online testing the NCSA Academy for your personal computer training for that certification test- Check them out!  and...if your too far from me arrangements can be made for onsite/location training.
